Nomination for Outreach of the Year

Outreach of the Year Nomination Form

Grounds for Hope will honor individuals, organizations and programs who put their faith into action and bring hope to our community.

This form is for nominations of organizations or programs for our “Outreach of the year”.
Nominees can come from anywhere in the United States.
Nominations will be screened for eligibility.
- Eligible nominations are nominations from outreaches that fall under the umbrella of a valid 501c3 organization and present inspiring stories of faith in action.
  - There is no intent to judge doctrine, or level of faith inclusion.
From among the eligible nominations, the most compelling nominations will be selected for inclusion at the Grounds for Hope Event
- Selected eligible nominees will be honored at the Grounds for Hope events on May 2nd 2024.
- Selected eligible nominees will be invited to be honored guests at the event where stories will be shared and winners will be announced.
- Selected eligible nominees who cannot attend the event on May 2nd may still be eligible for an award.
From among the Selected Eligible nominees our Outreach of the year finalists and overall winner will be selected
- A panel of independent judges will select the finalists and the winner.
- The finalist and the winner will split the proceeds from our Grounds for Hope event.
- If an outreach has multiple nominations, each nomination is evaluated independently, having multiple nominations is not an evaluation criteria.
Nominations submitted before February 15th are eligible for consideration as a People’s choice award winner.
- The People’s choice award nominees will be announced after February 15th. The winner is determined by social media scoring (combination of likes, comments and shares of the announcement posts until 6pm April 4th).
Outside nominations and self nominations of outreaches are both encouraged and can present different perspectives for our judges’ consideration.
